DJO Revs up for the 2010 MX GP Season

With Antonio Cairoli winning the 2009 MX1 World Championship while using DonJoy Defiance III knee braces and 10 time world champion Stefan Everts acting as an Ambassador for Compex, DJO had a good year in Motocross Grand Prix racing. we are hoping 2010 will be even better than last year especially as we are supporting the official Honda Factory team and vice world champ Rui  Goncalves.

DJO’s MX Road Show will be present at 13 of 15 GP’s and at the Motocross of Nations, the ‘Olympics’ of Motorsports. We believe that ‘prevention is better than any cure’ and by demonstrating the benefits of wearing DonJoy knee braces and using Compex Electronic muscle stimulation, we believe riders will stay safer during their races and training.

World Champion Tony Cairoli is living proof that this approach works. He had a bad knee injury in 2008, came back from that injury in 2009, and started wearing DonJoy Defiance III knee braces and using Compex for recovery and to strengthen his quadriceps.  “I won’t use any other brace ,” Cairoli said. “I hurt my knee badly while wearing other braces and I feel safe in my DonJoy Defiances as they give me the best possible support.”
